Life Coaching for Personal EmpowermentIn these sessions we will co create a wellness plan to help you break through barriers. In order to achieve these goals, some of the areas we will be looking at are limiting beliefs, obstacles you are facing, and your current patterns. Some methods I use include: hypnosis, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and exercises/homework to reinforce the new behaviours learned. Personal Empowerment Coaching may be a right fit for you if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, unsure of your path and/or a dissatisfaction in your current position in life. This service is provided through zoom video chat.

Ohana Generational HealingThis energy healing practice focuses on removing the trauma passed down from our ancestors that currently inhabits our DNA. This process starts with an intake to determine what needs to be cleared. Generational trauma can be both conscious and unconscious. An example of unconscious generational trauma may be a fear currently presenting itself in your life with no explanation as to where the fear originated. This one-hour session aims to clear trauma from past, present and future generations. Depending on degree of trauma multiple sessions may be recommend. This service is provided through zoom video chat.

Psychic Mediumship ReadingsI will connect with my spiritual team to communicate with your guides, angels and loved ones on the other side during an intimate reading. Can be done in a group. Channeled messages from your guides or loved ones can help bring relief and comfort on the grieving journey and can help give you guidance to make taking the next steps possible.
